Our experience with B&W was mostly positive. Their agents (Mary K and Brian Martin) were great. We priced a bit lower than preferred, but we priced to sell (we’re relocating out of state), and sold quickly at that price. The scheduling of visitations was an issue in the short time the house was on the market, though. For example, BW’s scheduling office let people in, assuming hey had approval when they didn’t hear from us, on the day of our open house, before the house was clean and ready. That was a bad day. Luckily, one of the open house visitors made an offer regardless.
